I am an artist working and living in the Rotterdam area in the Netherlands and graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academy in january 2008, majoring in illustration. I now work as an illustrator, artist and set designer. My work is characterised by fine drawing, realism, the distortion thereof and my specific use of line. In addition to my own work I also make work for a variety of different media such as magazines, set designs, walls and printwork.
I have made illustrations for various magazines such as: Human, Smaakwereld, Clou and Carp* and have worked on set design and artwork for: Boekenbal, Kinderboekenbal, Duplo Toneel and Allerzielen Alom among others.
